Frontline injury management
Current rehabilitation industry research indentifies Supervisors / Front Line Managers as having the most pivotal role in the successful rehabilitation and return to work of injured workers. Despite this significance, there has been an industry vacuum in the provision of quality training to assist supervisors.
This course ensures the frontline manager gains an understanding of the workers' compensation system and the benefits of effective workplace rehabilitation. With deeper knowledge and skill, the frontline manager can undertake their role and confidently assist their RRTWCs and Human Resource managers achieve early and sustained return to work outcomes.
Participants who complete the course will be issued with a Certificate of Attendance.
